Check-in Check-out

We would like you to take a look, as long as it is vacant .
Please offer check-out by 31 days and by 15 days in a dormitory.
On your move-in date, resident must visit our head office to pick up the key.
Please bring your original passport.

Deposit

We require 30,000 yen as deposit for each person, and refund halfl at the time of check-out.But when damage of facilities occurred, I request the deposit charges plus repair costs use.
