How are Bettak guesthouses ?

Guest house is a partially shared accommodation. Our minimum rental term is one month.
You will have a private bedroom, and share toilets, shower rooms, kitchen, and living room, with other people. Rooms are furnished.You can stay easily and start your life in Tokyo.

Check-in Check-out

We would like you to take a look, as long as it is vacant .
Please offer check-out by 31 days and by 15 days in a dormitory.
On your move-in date, resident must visit our head office to pick up the key.Please bring your original passport.

Deposit

We require 30,000 yen as deposit for each person, and refund 50% at the time of check-out.But when damage of facilities occurred, I request the deposit charges plus repair costs use.

To reserve a room, you have to deposit 30,000yen(per person) by cash. We will give you further payment information with our reply mail.Your reservation will not be completed until we receive your deposit.

Single room (private bedroom)

" Single room" is shared accommodation,but you will have your private bedroom with bed and bedclothes, air conditioner,refrigerator and TV. 

Dormitory

" Dormitory" is shared accommodation.
Several persons sharing a room as well as kitchen, living room, shower & toilet.
There's several bunk beds in a large room and you will stay with other people.
Monthly rent 35,000 yen~.
If you want to save your money, this room is recommended.
