What makes Bettak different?
You
can rent our room without having to pay key money ( SHIKIKIN in Japanese,
partially refundable ), gift money to the landlordor ( REIKIN in Japanese,
1 or 2 months’ rent, not refundable) agent's commission (1-month rent,
non refundable), although a security payment of \30,000 is required.
And you don't have to have a guarantor to live in Japan.
What is Share House？？
A Share house is a partially shared accommodation.
You have your own private lockable room or sleeping space.
The kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room are shared with other residents.
What type of room does Bettak have?
Private room
A furnished private room.
Bed with clean linens, fridge, air conditioner, TV, Mirror, wardrob, desk
and chair.
*Furniture differ by rooms. Ask for details.
Dormitory （A room shared by other residents.）
Each dormitory is equipped with an air conditioner, locker with dial lock,
wardrobe, bunk beds with clean linens.
You can save your money!
How long is the minimum rental term?
Our minimum rental term is just 1 month.
What is security payment?
We only require a deposit of 30,000 Yen per person.
It is partially refundable (up to 10,000 Yen), when you check out.
Can I reserve a room from overseas?
Yes. Availability can be checked by contacting us.
After confirming vacancies, a reservation can be made by completing the
deposit agreement and transferring 30,000 Yen by money transfer or Paypal.
Can I smoke indoors?
Each room is non-smoking. We will not allow smoking at all.
Where is the key received?
I would like to meet to give you our room key on your check in day and
receive the keys on your check out day at share house.
When you are in overseas, please tell me the airline name and flight number
move-in day.
What kind of documents do I need to sign the rental agreement ?
Please bring following documents.
1, Valid passport & Visa. We need a copy of your passport and Visa.
2, 1st month's rent (and deposite if it is not paid yet)
3, Emergency contact.
4, Your school / work place' s information.
Can I let my friends stay in my room?
According
to the house rules. Ask for details.
In the event that you wish to have a guest stay over please inform us
in advance.
A fee of 1,500 yen per night/person will be applied.
What is included in the rent?
Utility expenses such as electricity, water & gas are included. We
also provide Internet connection at no additional cost.
